This 7th edition is intended primarily as a textbook for law students in private corporations. In its preparation, the author has endeavored to make the discussion comprehensive for our corporation law, which is embodied in the new Corporation Code of the Philippines. The book also discusses at some length the Revised Securities Act, which is included in Part II, together with Presidential Decree No. 902-A, SEC Rules of Procedure, and some important SEC guidelines and requirements as appendices.
