Philippine Corporation Law

This book seeks to discuss various aspects of the Philippine Corporate Law focusing on their philosophical and doctrinal bases, including their interconnection with other fields in law, such as Contract Law, Agency Law, Labor Law and Taxation Law, and to other disciplines, such as Economics and Financial Accounting.

The third edition of the book includes jurisprudential development as of June 2009, and introduces in various sections thereof the movement towards introducing Corporate Governance principles in Philippine Commercial Law, with a summary in Appendix B included in this section.
