in 2010, Baker & McKenzie published its first Cross-Border Listings Handbook to address the need for reliable information regarding the process for listing in cross-border transactions. The 2011 edition expanded and updated the information in the original handbook, including the addition of summaries of Brazilian and Indian stock exchanges. This 2012 edition further expands and updates the information in this handbook, including the addition of summaries of stock exchanges in Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden and Turkey, as well as a new section comparing key requirements among certain exchanges.
